| Dear Travel Partner,
Due to the unprecedented and continued rise of fuel costs around the world - that could not have been anticipated when pricing was set - Regent Seven Seas Cruises will implement a cruise ship fuel surcharge on 2009 sailings.
The surcharge of $7.50 per person per day will only be assessed on NEW 2009 bookings beginning April 1, 2008. Any deposited 2009 booking prior to that date will not be assessed the surcharge. This allows you and your clients two weeks to book and deposit a 2009 cruise without being assessed the surcharge.
Regent Seven Seas will continue to monitor the fuel price situation, and will make adjustments to these cruise ship fuel surcharges as required.

| I have to agree with you on that. But it must be costing them a lot to hold off the cost. Makes me wonder how they will recoup the loss
