The United States Air Force "Thunderbirds" fly over Cinderella Castle April 7, 2008. The Thunderbirds air demonstration team, celebrating its 55th anniversary this year, took a flight over Magic Kingdom. I wish I was there to watch it. One of our agents is down there right now. I hope she got some pictures.

Straight over Main Street, that's so neat! I love the picture of everyone holding their cameras up. LMAO

THe Thunderbirds doing amazing shows. I seen them at the Dayton Airshow last year and then I seen the Blue Angels the year before. Would have been better to see them at Disney though.

I love the picture also of mainstreet with everyone pointing the cameras up. Thumbsup

Did you see on TV the ones that flew over Fenway on the opening day? They are based out of Montpelier VT. the last plane got a late start, he caught up with the other 3. Then did a rollover, right over the 3 others. The crowd loved it. However they are not supposed to do that stunt any lower than 5,000 ft. They were only flying at 1200 ft. Needless to say, the pilot has been grounded. Doh

I have to admit it really looked great though.

Ahh finally found the video. http://www.thebostonchannel.com/news/15849445/detail.html

Apparently when they rollover it slows them down. Thats what he was trying to do, to get into formation.
