| Each U.S. resident aboard Disney Cruise Line returning from the Caribbean to the U.S. can bring back up to $1,200 per traveler. However, no more than $400 in purchases can be made on board the ship, on Castaway Cay or on St. Maarten, allowing $800 worth of purchases from St. Thomas. Or, the entire $1,200 allowance may be used on purchases from St. Thomas alone.
Each Guest 21 years of age or older is limited to: (5) liters of alcohol (Only one liter can be acquired in St. Maarten or on the ship, with an additional four liters being exempt if purchased on St. Thomas providing at least one liter is produced in the U.S. Virgin Islands):
(5) cartons of cigarettes (Only one carton can be acquired in St. Maarten or on ths ship, with an additional four cartons being exempted if purchased on St. Thomas):
100 cigars (excluding Cuban cigars).
