No More Chicken Strips? :-O

Subject: No More Chicken Strips? :-O Mon Feb 25, 2008 1:58 pm

I just heard today that at all counter service locations around Disney World they are no longer serving chicken strips. THey have replaced the chicken strips with chicken nuggets Doh

What am I going to do. I LOVE chicken strips and in my opinion Disney World and Disney Cruise Line have the BEST. I really am hoping this is a wrong report. Anyone know more? Confused

NUGGETS? That is just unacceptable. LOL I'm with you on this one. Strips are so much better. I hope its just a rumor. OR, I will just bring my own strips and heat them in the microwave. cheers

Seems it's true, but I have heard that these nuggets are basically the same as the chicken strips, just smaller in size.

I had the new nuggets at Hurricane Hanna's this trip. While I do miss the strips the nuggets are not bad. They are smaller but still taste pretty much the same.

The nuggets I've had at 1900 Park Fare are much lower quality than the strips Disney uses. I think the strips are still at Chef Mickeys. I *think* Macaroni Grill uses the same strips on their kid's meals - they seem to be VERY similar. Very good product.
