DALLAS — Southwest Airlines says it grounded 41 planes Tuesday night in the wake of its recent admission that it had missed required inspections of some planes for structural cracks.

I just found in the Orlando Sentinel that it did affect 4 Orlando flights.
They said:
Four Southwest flights -- two departures and two arrivals -- were canceled at Orlando International Airport today because of the inspections, airport officials said.
